I work with adults who struggle with ADHD, Autism or AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, and difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients are high achievers who take care of everyone else while placing intense pressure on themselves.
Therapy can help you understand your patterns, regulate difficult emotions, develop healthier boundaries, and create meaningful change without losing the strengths that have helped you succeed.

An Approach Designed Around You
Individual therapy may include:

EMDR

Schema therapy
-
Somatic and nervous-system regulation
We may use one approach or combine several depending on your needs, preferences, and goals.
What Individual Therapy Can Look Like
Your therapy is personalized to your needs, goals, and nervous system.
Start with You
We explore what is happening, what matters to you, and what you need.
Create a Personalized Treatment Plan
We choose the approaches that best fit your goals and preferences.
Therapy may include one or a combination of:
Talk Therapy
Understand patterns, emotions, and relationships
EMDR
Process trauma and distressing experiences
Mindfulness
Strengthen awareness and emotional regulation
IFS / Parts Work
Understand protective parts and inner conflicts
Schema Therapy
Change long-standing patterns and unmet-needs cycles
An Integrated Approach
We can combine methods rather than forcing every problem into one model.
Review Progress and Adjust Together
Therapy changes as your needs and goals change.
Getting Started
We begin with a free 15-minute consultation. If we decide to work together, you will receive intake forms and questionnaires before your first appointment. Additional questionnaires may be recommended during the first few sessions to help us better understand your needs.
Insurance and Private Pay
Individual therapy is available in person in Austin and online throughout Texas.
I accept Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Surest for individual therapy.
Private-pay sessions are also available at $220 for 50 minutes.
Insurance coverage and benefits should be verified before beginning therapy.
