  • Counseling services via Zoom. Although Zoom is a free service, it is not always the best method for counseling sessions. It is a temporary substitute for our regular sessions if you are out of town, sick, but still want to talk to me, or unable to leave your home.

Over the years I have treated patients with a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, panic, depression, and addiction. I use traditional talk therapy with modern tools such as, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing: a type of therapy that helps to heal trauma symptoms), DBT (Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy: A cognitive-behavioral treatment that helps change harmful patterns of behavior), and Mindfulness (a type of meditation that helps reduce anxiety and depression) to get the best results for you.
